NBA commissioner David Stern is getting sick and tired of people claiming the draft lottery is fixed. While being a guest on Jim Rome’s popular radio show, Rome asked the commissioner if the lottery was rigged and Stern was FURIOUS!
“Shame on you for asking,” Stern replied to Jim Rome. “Have you stopped beating your wife yet?”
Wow! A simple, “that’s a clown question, bro!” would have been enough. But the commissioner came out swinging!
David Stern gave no fucks about Rome. Went straight for the kill

David Stern asked Jim Rome if he still beats his wife, on live TV. Guess asking him if the draft was fixed really hit a sore spot. Wow.

Not the biggest Jim Rome fan,but David Stern comes off as a big jerk in that interview. Rome was just asking a question people want to know

David Stern asked Jim Rome "Do you still beat your wife?" Just a classless act by the NBA commissioner. He should be ashamed

Best thing I've heard on sports radio, David Stern completely calling out and trashing Jim Rome.
