Michael Vick calls his NFL ranking a 'joke'

Michael Vick is NOT happy that his NFL peers ranked him only 70th in the NFL Network’s top 100 players list. The quarterback/dog killer feels disrespected and completely disagrees with the ranking.

“It’s a joke,” Vick told Mike Missanelli of 97.5 The Fanatic. “I won’t say where I need to be. I’ll let my peers and everybody else just decide on that. Maybe it was voted on by the peers, but I just disagree. I know how good I am and what I bring to the table for my football team. The things that I can do on the football field sometimes can be uncanny, but I give a lot of credit to my coaches and the people around me.”

Being ranked 70th overall will likely leave Vick as the ninth best quarterback according to the official list. Philip Rivers, Peyton Manning, Matthew Stafford, Cam Newton and Eli Manning have already been ranked ahead him. Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Ben Roethlisberger presumably will be too.
