Lawyer 'Hopes This Helps': Having a Final Order of Removal Is Not a Death Sentence

First, the guy's not dead. Austin's mayor announced that he was in serious but stable condition at the hospital. As our own Aaron Walker reported on Sunday, an illegal alien from Venezuela was shot by an ICE agent in Austin. "The horror has come to our city: ICE has shot a person in Austin this morning," posted Rep. Greg Casar. An attorney who claims to be representing the man shot said the incident happened while he was in the middle of a DoorDash delivery.

Allen Orr Jr. Esq. offered his services to the public to let them know that being an illegal alien and having a final order of removal is not a death sentence.

Hope this helps. I’m an actual citizen. If you are an illegal alien and you resist arrest, you may be subject to deadly force. Same applies to actual citizens who resist arrest. You would probably be better off not listening to lawyers who are only trying to make money.
