You remember the story of 18-year-old Henry Nowak from the U.K. Back in May, 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa was found guilty of murdering Nowak. Digwa, a Sikh, stabbed Nowak multiple times with an eight-inch ceremonial blade that he was carrying openly. When police arrived, Digwa told them he had been racially abused, so the cops put Nowak, who is white, in handcuffs even as he told the police he couldn't breathe and that he had been stabbed. Bodycam footage released later caught an officer saying, "I don't think you have, mate." Nowak bled to death internally while handcuffed and on the ground. Digwa's mother was also arrested and convicted for hiding the weapon from the police.
Now we have newly released court transcripts showing police going back through Nowak's social media posts until he was 12, looking for something to prove he was a racist.
Neil Johnston reported on Friday for The Telegraph:
The transcript reveals how Digwa repeatedly misled officers about the cause of Mr Nowak’s injuries.
“He’s not been stabbed,” the killer says of Mr Nowak, despite having knifed him multiple times, before adding: “I don’t know what he’s talking about ... he’s pretending.”
Asked during cross-examination why he said this while his victim’s “face is covered in blood”, Digwa tells Nicholas Lobbenberg KC, the prosecuting barrister: “I had no idea that I’d fatally stabbed [him].”
The transcript reveals he did not make his false racism claim of his own accord, but was apparently prompted to do so by Gurpreet Digwa, his 27-year-old brother, who arrived at the scene shortly after the stabbing.
It shows Gurpreet asking him: “Did he racially say anything to you?” to which Digwa replies: “Yeah, he called me a P--- as well.”
Asked by Mr Lobbenberg whether he had sought to depict Mr Nowak as a “drunk racist who’d attacked a Sikh”, Digwa replied: “I did say that, yes.”
"He called me a Paki, so I stabbed him five times."
Adam Wren is the director of The Centre for Justice Policy, "home of the UK's first publicly released full trial transcript." Police found that Nowak had used the slur Paki in a group chat when he was 12. That's all they could find.
There are two parts of this transcript we can’t yet release, due to ongoing cases. They concern evidence that was deemed inadmissible. There is one part where they search through 6 years of his messages to try find evidence that Henry was racist (which he clearly was not) https://t.co/4olmsUlwlN pic.twitter.com/22Qm0uuaam

🚨NEWS: The release of the transcripts around Henry Nowak's murder have revealed that Police Officers went back 6 years in his phone messages to when he was just 12 years old in an attempt to find anything they could use to describe him as a racist

So now we learn that even when Henry Nowak's murderer was up in court our legal system was STILL trying to smear Henry as racist.

They crawled through his messages going back to when he was 12 years old.
Anti-white prejudice is embedded in Britain’s justice system.
RIP Henry.
Does this mean if they had found something racist his murder would have been justified?

The police criminals were utterly desperate to dredge up any dirt on Henry, to mitigate their despicable behaviour.

They really are beneath contempt.
This is actually terrifying. Innocent young man is brutally murdered and the people who are supposed to protect us try to find any reason they can to somehow suggest he deserved it. When will this stop! It’s like a living nightmare.

So if they found one word they were going to blame him for a word he may have said when he was 12 to justify him being murdered? When are the police going to be investigated for this miscarriages of justice and racism? Its absolutely shocking behaviour of the police! Disgusting

Shame on them

Police stood around and asked Digwa about his hurt feelings while Nowak was handcuffed on suspicion of racial abuse and bleeding to death internally. Of course, the defense had to try to prove Nowak was a racist after all.
