Case Against Teen Rapist Dismissed After He Completes 'Youthful Offender' Rehab Plan

Event Film Distribution

Here's a really infuriating story. It's sad to see feminists ignoring something like this in favor of harassing Sophie Cunningham for saying that men don't belong on women's sports teams. An Oklahoma teen was arrested for raping and strangling a high school girl to the point where she had to have neck surgery. He faced 78 years in prison and pleaded guilty to the charges, but his case was dismissed after he completed a "youthful offender" rehab plan.

Here's the story, along with police bodycam video of the teen's arrest:

The post continues:

… completed a “youthful offender” rehab plan… and walked free with zero prison time.

His dad is a former Oklahoma State football director.

The new DA said the defense claimed the *perpetrator* suffered more than the victims and called it an “affront.” He’s referring the case to federal prosecutors.

The post continues:

… girls. One victim reported that Butler repeatedly r*ped and strangled her, leaving her within 30 seconds of losing her life according to a doctor.

He served ZERO days in jail, completed probation requirements, and is now free from court supervision. Reports now indicate federal charges are being pursued.

Sarah Rumpf-Whitten reports for Fox News:

An Oklahoma teenager accused of sexually assaulting and strangling two high school girls saw his criminal case dismissed after completing a youthful offender rehabilitation plan, all without serving a prison sentence, court records show.

Jesse Mack Butler was 17 when he was charged as an adult in Payne County in March 2025 with 10 felony counts tied to alleged attacks on two girls he had dated.

The charges included two counts of attempted first-degree rape, three counts of rape by instrumentation, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, two counts of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and one count of domestic assault and battery.

I really want to know what this youth offender rehab plan consists of, but I can't find any specifics in the news. Channel 9 reports:

The Stillwater teen convicted in a high-profile rape case returned to court Monday for a hearing on his court-ordered supervision, where officials confirmed he will be discharged from supervision at midnight.

Eighteen-year-old Jesse Butler will be discharged from court supervision at midnight after completing all required reviews and conditions of his court-ordered rehabilitation plan, according to court officials.

Butler’s attorney said the next step is filing a motion seeking dismissal of the case and expungement of the record.

Expungement of the record? What?

I need to know more about this rehab program. Did they make him sit through a slide presentation?
