More Than 30 Bombs Have Exploded in Sweden This Year

A lot of my VIP posts tend to be about Great Britain and Europe. They, too, are suffering the effects of unfettered migration by people who have no intention of trying to assimilate into the culture. I wrote the other night about how Afghan men seemed to be particularly stabby, but I hadn't heard about the problems in Sweden.

… at the moment.

The government announces new law proposals, including the removal of Swedish citizenship from criminals and wiretapping of kids below the age of 15.

More than 30 bombs have exploded in Sweden since the start of this year.

Is that true? Reuters reports:

Sweden will fast-track new legislation to allow police to use electronic surveillance tools against minors after dozens of gang-related bombings in the capital Stockholm in January, the prime minister said on Thursday.

Sweden has been plagued by gang crime that has escalated over the last two decades and in 2023 the Nordic country registered the highest level of deadly gun violence per capita in Europe.

There has been an unprecedented spate of bombings, primarily in the Stockholm region, with more than 30 this month alone, most of them acts of extortion by gangs against companies and citizens, police officials say.

"It is quite obvious that we don't have control over the wave of violence," Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson said after a meeting with the Council Against Organised Crime which groups government, police and customs officials.

Most of them acts of extortion by gangs. Are these homegrown gangs, or imported?

Maybe not.

We certainly don't want to blame illegal immigration and be called racist.

An average of one bombing per day this year? The leadership certainly doesn't have control of the situation. Is this a small step to rectify the problem?
