I learned a new word thanks to working at Twitchy. When people like Libs of TikTok and Matt Walsh were reposting publically available videos put out by Boston Children's Hospital about babies in the womb knowing they're transgender, they were accused of "stochastic terrorism." That means they weren't calling in a bomb threat themselves; they were just riling up their confused followers to do so on their behalf.
So can we say that Democratic Rep. Rosa DeLauro is committing stochastic terrorism by calling Republicans on her committee terrorists? Is that a message to her unhinged constituents to hunt down and harm if not kill these terrorists? Some unhinged clown shot up the Family Research Council because he found them listed on the SPLC's "Hate Map" (where they're now joined by white supremacist extremists Moms for Liberty).
And before we get to the video, can we talk about DeLauro's purple hair? All of the psycho teachers we see featured on Libs of TikTok have blue or purple or green hair … there's got to be a connection.
