Montana just became the first state to ban TikTok; TikTok is suing, saying the ban violates the First Amendment. We can’t say we’re big on a ban — although even President Joe Biden said he was looking into it — but TikTok really does seem to attract the very worst of society. A British man who goes by Mizzy has been going viral on TikTok recently, pulling stunts like breaking into a house, stealing a dog, and threatening women. He’s finally been banned but told The Independent that the reason there’s been such a backlash is because he’s a black male.

He was previously arrested for an anti-semitic verbal attack on a Jewish man but has not been arrested for his most recent video, where he filmed himself invading a couple’s home.

According to the update, he surrendered to the police. We’re not that familiar with the justice system in the U.K. so we’re not sure if he’s already back on the streets.
