Seeing as we recently went through a supply chain crisis while Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was on paternity leave for a couple of months, you’d think there’d be a new appreciation for the trucking industry, which powered through the COVID pandemic. Instead, let’s ban diesel-powered trucks and force truckers into electric vehicles to save the glaciers.
Gov. Gavin Newsom seems ready to primary Joe Biden in 2024, by which time his law banning the sale of new gas-powered lawnmowers will have gone into effect. First, they came for the lawnmowers, and I said nothing.
Heavy-duty trucks account for nearly a third of harmful air pollutants.
We need bold action.
CA will once again lead the way –phasing out the use of diesel-powered trucks.
Trucks shouldn’t give our kids asthma.
Make wildfires worse.

He’s already banned state travel to like 25 other states because of their anti-LGBTQ laws or voter suppression laws. Just seal the state in a bubble and see where that gets him.
