Joe Biden’s 80 years old and only two years into his first term, and sometimes it shows, like when he blanks out during a speech or trips up the steps to Air Force One. Jill Biden assures us that her husband is up to the task and is willing to pit him against any 30-year-old to see if they can keep up.
