Is anyone else having trouble following Joe Biden's speech?

We’re well into President Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address, and while we don’t believe anything he says, a lot of people are having trouble understanding just what he’s saying. Is he in a rush to get back to pudding time or is there something else going on?

Dude is talking FAST. White House doctor might have overdid the dosage when they shot him up before the speech.

Are we supposed to not notice that every sentence is slurred out like a drunk's pick up lines at closing time?

Is anyone else having trouble understanding exactly what he's trying to say? It's a weird combo of mumbling and speed-reading. I can't quite make it out. Also now he's yelling.

He's doing that speed-slurring thing he does when they give him too many adrenaline shots.

he's yelling now, and can't get his words out properly

This speech sounds like it was written by ChatGPT … while drunk.

Biden's generally inarticulate speech is not helped by having been given enough amphetamines to kill a water buffalo.

— Mark Hemingway (@Heminator) February 8, 2023

How many pep pills did they give him?

— Mark Hemingway (@Heminator) February 8, 2023

I figure they shoot him full of steroids and any other drugs that elevate dopamine.

We’ll know it’s wearing off when he starts in with that weird whispering thing he does…

— I’m Peculiar (@Pqlyur1) February 8, 2023

Joe Biden made it literally *four lines* into his prepared remarks before going off-script. Gonna be a long night.

Feeble.

— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) February 8, 2023

I don't have any strong feelings about this speech because thus far I have been unable to understand much of it. This whole spectacle is really sad and it makes me feel very uncomfortable.
