Now that Elon Musk has loosened up the moderation on Twitter a little bit, people are talking openly and candidly about the COVID-19 vaccine. Or should we say vaccines? Or does the government prefer boosters? This editor had two shots that he considered “the vaccine,” and then one “booster,” and left it at that. President Biden’s up to, what, five shots now?
HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra put out a video Tuesday reminding anyone who hasn’t had the COVID vaccine in over two months to get the updated version today.
An updated COVID vaccine can help protect you from the worst outcomes of COVID. If it’s been over 2 months since your last dose, make a plan to get one now.

Two whole months, huh?
No.
— Sir Paul Alves (@StarshipAlves) November 29, 2022
Secretary Becerra, are there any other vaccines that last a mere two months?

Efficiency is dropping down more and more quickly apparently.

That reminds me, I'm late for my quarterly polio booster.
Anyone know where I can get some of those polio home tests?— RoyceJacob (@RoyceJacob16) November 29, 2022

It really is … we haven’t found one supportive comment.
If the first 7 worked, why would I need an 8th?

It went up to 9 while you were typing that.

Are you not ashamed of yourself? How can you face your loved ones?

Hold up a sec … we’re getting some mixed messages here:
One shot, once a year—that’s all most people will need to stay protected from COVID year-long. Make a plan to get your shot at https://t.co/ddwWZdNCgg.
— Vice President Kamala Harris (@VP) November 28, 2022
Is there actual proof of this or is this a false medical claim?
— Tim Young (@TimRunsHisMouth) November 28, 2022
How is this not tagged for misinformation?
— Laura Powell (@LauraPowellEsq) November 28, 2022
It’s nauseating to be lied to relentlessly by all of you.
— Dana Parish (@danaparish) November 28, 2022
So most people only need one shot a year, but if you’re over 50 and it’s been more than two months since your last shot, it’s time for another? Is that the deal?
