When will the political violence from the Right end? The editor’s just about had it … Speaker Nancy Pelosi barely escaped another assassination attempt incited by Donald Trump, and now this. Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman posted this photo of one of his campaign signs in deep-red Lawrence County burning. Not after it burned, but while it was burning. It wasn’t even halfway gone. Whoever set the fire made a hasty getaway is all we’re saying.
This happened last night on a farm in deep red Lawrence County.
There is no place for violence and intimidation in politics.
Our campaign is about bringing people together and rejecting hate + extremism.
All Pennsylvanians should feel safe to show their political support. pic.twitter.com/AIihG37bt4

Nice of them to only burn down half the sign so you can still tell it says Fetterman

Really have to compliment how they were right there to catch the sign on fire. It’s almost like the photographer knew it was going to happen.

And you got a pic of it while it burned.. not suspicious at all. 🙄

Oh hey, you hired Jussie Smollett to manage your campaign. Bold move.

I make signs. If that is coroplast, it will burn quickly, less than two minutes. If cardstock, even faster. Amazing how someone just happened to be driving by as it was half burned. Also strange that it burned in such a way. Almost like half was possibly soaked with water.

How convenient that someone (who TOTALLY didn’t start this) was there to take this at the EXACT moment. Wow!

That cameraman has supernatural timing.

Excellent PR stunt

Man what are the chances only half the sign burns down (so you can still read it) and someone was there in time to get a well framed photo of it.

How dare you question the cameraman below pic.twitter.com/KTco5yAJ4D

I’ll take “things that’s absolutely didn’t happen” for $1000

Seems extraordinarily slow.
The fire, I mean.

Mmmmhmmmm. The good news is your supporters have already proven they’ll ignore the obvious so they’ll go along with this for your sake.

You can't break character. Some people still haven't figured it out.
— Mike Goode (@alligooder) October 29, 2022
We’re shocked that some people are suggesting this was set up, and the same person who took the picture set the fire. It’s too bad they didn’t catch the vandals so that Fetterman could let them go, or if they were black, hold them with a shotgun.
