We remember when Newsweek reported that the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was supposed to be “low-profile.” But within a day the media was abuzz with stories about how the FBI had found nuclear secrets in Donald Trump’s home — maybe even the nuclear launch codes. For a low-profile raid, there sure was a lot of information leaked, including photos from inside the house.
As Twitchy reported earlier, the Washington Post says federal agents have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun purchase.
Politico White House reporter Alex Thompson says that Biden’s lawyers have released a statement claiming that “any agent you cite as a source in your article” has committed a felony.
Hunter's lawyer with a rare on the record statement: “It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one…Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony."

Then half the FBI would be in prison right now.

Is this a new rule? Just seemed like last week when everyone was super excited to see leaked photos from the raid of Trump's house.

If you're "saving democracy" is it still a felony. The rules are apparently more complicated than they read.

It was leaked because prosecutors won’t charge him?

I thought the FBI leaking was standard practice. You mean they're *NOT* supposed to be doing that?
Why do they do it all the time then

So when is James Comey going to be indicted for leaking to his "professor friend"?

Everybody on here like “oh, leaks are bad now” like they’re making a point about democrats’ hypocrisy. Democrats do not care about you pointing out their hypocrisy. They know and they don’t care. They don’t care that you know.

Well said. And as someone mentioned, did they ever find the Supreme Court leaker? We guess that was a “good” leak.
