Here's President Joe Biden backing away from reporters after saying OPEC cutting oil production is 'disappointing'

Obviously, it’s disappointing to President Joe Biden that OPEC has decided to cut oil production. In the meantime, he’ll continue to drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and perhaps let Chevron drill for oil in Venezuela.
