As Twitchy reported just a bit ago, comedian Kathy Griffin certainly seemed to suggest that if Republicans win the election, then there’s going to be a civil war. Who, exactly, would start this civil war? Why would Republicans, if they’re the ones in power? Democrats would be the ones picking up whatever weapons they have … paper straws, maybe … and declaring war.
If you don’t want a Civil War, vote for Democrats in November. If you do want Civil War, vote Republican.

As we reported, her tweet didn’t go over too well, and now she’s saying that MAGA blue checks are at it again.
You guys. The maga blue checks are at it again. Because they are constantly threatening Civil War, they are now trying to suggest that I am the one who is threatening a Civil War. Because you know, that’s my thing. 🙄 https://t.co/bugd1SP1cr

It's time to put the phone down, Kathy

Well you did. Read your own tweet.

You made a clear threat, Kathy. We see it.

You literally just threatened civil war in your last tweet. Go read it folks before she takes it down.
— Josh Bryner (@joshbryner) September 6, 2022
They’re not the ones who threatened civil war. You on the other hand quite literally did.
— Ben (@Logh_13) September 6, 2022
It's the only way to take what you said.
You said if you want it vote R. Well the Rs aren't going to start one if they win. The losing side would.
It's not their fault you're bad at communicating. It's yours.

I thought your thing was begging for negative attention and then crying and screaming whenever you're successful at it.

I have neither a blue check nor a maga hat, yet I too saw your tweet threatening violence if I don't vote for your preferred political party. And to that I say 🖕🏼🖕🏼bring it.

No one is “suggesting” the Democrats will start a civil war … Griffin said it plain as day.
