There’s a reason we used “terrorizes” in the headline. A couple of weeks ago, we saw the term “stochastic terrorism” being thrown around a lot, with the perpetrators being Libs of TikTok, Matt Walsh, and Christopher Rufo, who were encouraging terrorism against Boston Children’s Hospital by reposting the hospital’s own videos describing the gender-affirming services it provides. Walsh declared at the time:

Just a day ago, Taylor Lorenz was accusing Libs of TikTok of terrorizing Children’s National Hospital by posting audio of a phone call inquiring about “top surgery” — a double mastectomy — for a 16-year-old.
So just to get ahead of the Left, we’re declaring that Walsh is waging a stochastic terrorism campaign against Dr. Scott Mosser, who’s particularly interesting because he doesn’t have a minimum age for gender-affirming surgery. Here’s the thing: You may be perfectly fine with adolescents being physically altered as part of their “gender journey.” You may also find it barbaric, although that’s anti-LGBTQ.
Let me introduce you to Dr. Scott Mosser, who cuts the breasts off of adolescent girls. Many surgeons across the country will and do inflict “top surgery” on minors. When the media tries to “debunk” the claim that doctors are mutilating kids, they simply ignore top surgery altogether. They ignore it because it is undeniable that this is happening to children. It’s also totally indefensible. They know that too.

According to his website, Mosser charges between $8,500 and $10,000 for this procedure. So he has generated up to $20 million in revenues for performing double mastectomies on girls and women. Gender ideology is a booming business.
