Notice how we slipped “assault weapons” into our headline? We thought we’d adopt the language of the Left for this post, seeing as the “good guys” are holding the AR-15s. President Biden tweeted Sunday that he’s taken on the NRA and beat them, and he remains determined to ban assault weapons in this country.

We didn’t see any rifles in this video taken by Taylor Hansen (we had to fast-forward … no way we’re watching seven minutes of this). We did see a whole lot of white women; we’d have guessed that gay men would be the target audience, but we guess that’s the idea of holding family-friendly drag shows during the day … so moms can take their kids and show them how to tip a drag queen.

It’s a perfect storm of progressivism: Antifa carrying AR-15s to repel anyone who would disrupt an all-ages drag show for the kids. But Beto O’Rourke said no one needs these weapons of war and he was going to take them.
