When the controversy over critical race theory reached the boiling point last November in the Virginia gubernatorial election, we warned you to look out for something called DEI, or diversity, equity, and inclusion. DEI officers, who are showing up more and more in schools and government institutions, including the military, are just a back door for critical race theory in action.
Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley is the Biden’s administration’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the State Department, and Sen. Ted Cruz pulled up an email on hiring practices under the State Department’s new Equity Action Plan; in short, don’t hire straight white males. Watch Cruz go beast mode as he does so well:
