Rep. Jamaal Bowman is back with another hot take. The Supreme Court recently had another look at the Constitution and found that a birthing person’s right to an abortion isn’t in there. We’re not sure if it was that decision alone that set him off, or concealed carry in New York, or curtailing the power of the EPA, but in any case, he says the Supreme Court is “brazenly violating the Constitution.” What’s the solution? Add more justices, of course, until you start getting the decisions you want. Plus, impeach those who’ve broken the law.

It’s going to be awfully tough to convince enough senators to impeach any of the justices, but maybe Bowman has damning evidence of their crimes, just like Rep. Adam Schiff did with Donald Trump.
