But that was then and this is Tuesday, and we had Cassidy Hutchinson, an aide to Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, testify before the January 6 select committee about President Trump throwing his lunch at the wall and lunging at the driver of his SUV to steer it back to the Capitol. CNN media analyst David Zurawik said that Hitchinson’s words “pulsed with the power and electricity of history and truth.”
