CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin weighs in on first attempted strangling by a president

So by now, we’ve all heard from Cassidy Hutchinson, who was not in the SUV, claim that President Donald Trump demanded to be driven to the Capitol, grabbed the clavicle of a Secret Service agent, and lunged for the steering wheel on January 6.
