Stormy’s mother says the difference was when her 2-year-old came to her and said, “I am a boy,” not, “I wanna be a boy.” At age 4, Stormy seems to have backed off a bit, telling the interviewer, “I feel like a boy and I wanna be a boy.” We’re not sure from this interview if there was more to it than Stormy saying, “I’m a boy,” but the parents decided to run with it, and now they have two boys.
Parents claim their child came out to them as trans at age 2. They now raise their young daughter as a boy. pic.twitter.com/Itr7xeITGu

My oldest daughter hated all things girly, preferred short hair, and could identify every make/model of car on the road by age 5. She wanted to be called Teddy, so we called her Teddy. Then she grew up, got married, and had a baby b/c we didn't sterilize her.

My daughter refused to wear anything in her hair until she was ten.
She didn't like dresses until she was seven.
She wore superhero shirts and boy undies until she was six.
Those things don't make a child trans; it makes them individuals.

What happened to tomboys? I was one and pretty much still am, but I never questioned my gender. I’m a woman, wife and mother.

Ever think maybe she just wanted to be like her brother? Not BE a boy…just be like her twin and best friend. And then she’d grow up and be able to make an actual informed decision at some point. Wtf??

It would be great to get the 10 year updates on all these stories. I'm sure it will very interesting.

So the girl saw the boy get to do all the fun things and not be held to the same standards about his appearance, and so she came to the conclusion she was a boy. But instead of addressing the real issue- the sexist attitude in the family- the parents decided she was a boy, too?

Ohhh~the toddlers are the actual parent parenting their parents! 😄 Nice going, kiddos!

Yes! All our decisions should be made by 2 year olds!

"He didn't really say he wanna be a boy, he said I am a boy, and that is the difference"
Literally the next scene: "I wanna be a boy"— Nina (@ColorInDark) June 1, 2022
My 2 year old insisted she was a boy for a week or two. When you drilled into it a bit, it was because she wanted to have short hair and liked the color blue and she thought only boys could do these things. We cleared up the misunderstanding.

These are the same people who don't want gender specific toys, colors, etc…Then they turn around and make a gender determination based on the type of toys, color of clothes their child likes.

It's pretty crazy how the same people who say that gender differences in interest are socially constructed also say that if you display the set of interests of another sex you must be the other sex. Doesn't seem to make much sense.

Great parenting here. Letting a 2 year old make life decisions

The British media seems to celebrate toddlers coming out as trans as much as the American media.
