Remember back when the New York Times published an anti-Trump piece from an anonymous “senior-level official” in the Trump administration? CNN’s Chris Cillizza guessed that Anonymous might have been Vice President Mike Pence or Kellyanne Conway. It turns out Anonymous wasn’t Pence or even a “high-level staffer” — Miles Taylor was a former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security.
Now the whole world knows the name Miles Taylor, and he was on an MSNBC panel hosted by Nicolle Wallace and featuring such luminaries as Yamiche Alcindor and former Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards. The Washington Free Beacon captured a clip of Taylor saying that it wasn’t hyperbole that MAGA Republicans want to kill him.
