Rep. Pramila Jayapal tells CNN that the SCOTUS justices 'do not have the right' to change Roe

A lot of Democrats are jockeying for the position of which one is the least intelligent. Sen. Pamila Jayapal is a runner-up at best, but she still manages to get her hot takes out there on cable news. Discussing the leaked draft decision that indicates the Supreme Court might overturn Roe v. Wade, Jayapal but her knowledge of separation of powers to work and told CNN that the Supreme Court justices “do not have the right” to change Roe v. Wade. How about when the Supreme Court voted in favor of Roe v. Wade — they somehow found in the Constitution a right to an abortion.
