Once again, Libs of Tik Tok has provided us with a full day’s worth of teacher craziness. Our featured teacher today sounds a little bit disappointed when she reveals that some of her preschoolers pick the same gender pin to wear every day, but brightens when she announces that some mix it up a little. She also uses literature — of which there is a staggering amount — to teach about diversity, which is her favorite subject.
We’ll ask again … what’s up with the hair and the piercings? Are those required to be hired as a teacher now?

What 4 year olds should be taught and what I taught my kids: how to read, the phases of the moon, the days of the week, how to write their name, drawing pictures of home or favorite animals, finger painting, playing on the playground.
