Antony Blinken recognizes former female secretaries of state but leaves someone out

Seeing as there’s not much going on in the world at the moment, Secretary of State Antony Blinken decided to observe Women’s History Month by highlighting some of the female trailblazers who’ve served in his position. There’s Madeline Albright, and also Condoleezza Rice. Both women received a special thank you from Blinken for their leadership.

Besides the replies being filled with accusations that both women are war criminals, there are also quite a few people asking if Blinken perhaps forgot one female secretary of state.
