It’s been four years since 17 students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School were killed in a mass shooting. The Biden administration marked the anniversary by rolling out its whole-of-government strategy to reduce gun violence. Among the things the administration will be addressing are the root causes of gun violence, which are apparently a lack of educational and economic opportunities. The White House also promises unprecedented funding of effective community violence intervention programs.

Those root causes don’t compute

Someone tell the hacks at the White House that the “root cause” is criminals. 🙄

I’d like an explanation on “especially dangerous” firearms.

Exactly, if they keep it general they can use it for almost every scenario.

How many "ghost" guns or guns with stabilizing braces are used in crimes?

Unprecedented funding for local police?
So we aren't defunding them anymore???

We already have enough gun laws. How about locking up the criminals, instead of releasing them so that they can commit more violent crimes.

If liberal states would enforce the laws they have it would be a big help. Liberal prosecutors who are soft on gun crime are putting citizens at risk!

They’ve been doing for decades. Government is doubling down on everything that doesn’t work.

It’s the anniversary of the Parkland shooting; you don’t throw away an opportunity like that to talk gun control.
