It took him forever, but President Biden finally stepped up to the microphone and announced that the official CDC guidance was that you didn’t need a mask if you’d been vaccinated for COVID-19 and were outdoors. This administration has never been great at messaging, and a lot of people are wondering why Dr. Anthony Fauci, who’s been vaccinated and was outdoors, was wearing a mask anyway.
