We’re not necessarily anti-mask, but we can’t see the virtue in changing your social media avatar to a selfie of you wearing a mask — and we really don’t get why the U.S. Navy went to the trouble of slapping a mask on the eagle in its Twitter avatar.

Ever since that Tucker Carlson segment, we can’t say we’re anything but embarrassed by the social media accounts of the U.S. military.

Some are saying it’s just a lighthearted joke, but we do wish the military would take social media more seriously and stop tweeting about their new chief diversity officers.
