The New York Times is reporting Tuesday that Boulder shooting suspect Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa was known to the FBI through a link to another individual under investigation by the bureau.
NYT: “The suspect’s identity was previously known to the F.B.I. because he was linked to another individual under investigation by the bureau, according to law enforcement officials.”

Known AGAIN. https://t.co/19jAvUifaU

Of course. The FBI is too busy trying to ring up unarmed LARPers to focus on known wolf terrorists. Before that it was too busy illegally spying on Trump and his campaign and investigating NASCAR garage pull cords to focus on terrorists. Pathetic. https://t.co/IvawGXPab4

You should ask yourself why this keeps happening… If they are known – why are they allowed to walk free? Why do good people have to suffer death or lose their rights to accommodate these murderous individuals? https://t.co/nE9n6kfYe6

Well, ya know maybe if they weren’t so laser focused on that guy who put his feet up on Pelosi’s desk…

Fantastic. I'm so glad they've been prioritizing people taking selfies in the Capitol Rotunda rather than actual criminals.

So the government dropped the ball again, but somehow more oversight and government control will prevent it next time? pic.twitter.com/KtxZwXa5CX

How do they always know about these people yet never seem to stop them? pic.twitter.com/Uc7RtIvuc4
— La Flama Blanca (@soxallday15) March 23, 2021
They were too busy investigating garage door nooses and old ladies inside the capitol building
— Discerning Looter (@crayzlikethat) March 23, 2021
We can drive not one but two MRAPs with beefy swat guys all over south Boulder but apparently the FBI can't be bothered to do anything other than put people on lists.

Did the FBI give him the gun too?
— Shroom Factory (@ShroomFactory) March 23, 2021
They sure didn't stop him when they knew he was getting one.

Excellent work, boys. Alphabet agencies earning their keep yet again.
— DaddyCrushalot (@daddycrushalot) March 23, 2021
Not surprised. Just another day at the office for the @FBI
— DrNeanderthalJohnGalt (@kimmyd11) March 23, 2021
Too busy cracking the Bubba Wallace is it a noose or just a garage door pulley case.
— John (@justjohn_50) March 23, 2021
If the FBI spent more time and resources on terrorist activity in the US and less time on investigating political rivals, more Americans might be alive today.
— Irishman1980 (@Irishman19802) March 23, 2021
Oh
— mallen2010 (@mallen2010) March 23, 2021
They're also busy hunting white supremacists.
— mallen2010 (@mallen2010) March 23, 2021
If only it was a trespassing or knot violation. This whole thing could have been avoided.
— Pike’s Revenge ?????? (@pikesrevenge) March 23, 2021
How many mass shooters were on FBI radar exactly.
— RVA_MOSES (@RVA_MOSES) March 23, 2021
Those damn Q people though!
— Todd (@TM72774) March 23, 2021
Since the shooter wasn’t a white conservative man & couldn’t be used to score political points against @POTUS45, they did nothing. Now as a reward, they’ll use this to take everyone’s guns – while continuing to import terror, drugs, human trafficking, etc.

Another fine job done by the FBI. What the hell do they do?

The least shocking thing on the internet today…
— Cowboy Philospher (@CowboyPhilosph1) March 23, 2021
And why was he able to pass a NCIC check? Why was he not flagged? Were we too busy looking for some invisible guy named Q?
— Bohemio of the Reeeeing Twenties (@El__Bohemio) March 23, 2021
Imagine if he had posted a gadsen flag on his FB page, then maybe the democrat superpac known as the @FBI would have taken an interest in him
— Kyle (@703Kyle) March 23, 2021
If I was as bad at my job as the FBI, I wouldn't have a job. And my department would have been relieved of duties and they would have been given to unbiased people capable of actually doing the job
— charlie? #Elite8 (@floggingcholly) March 23, 2021
Give them a break, I mean they cracked the Bubba Wallace noose case. Some things are just more important I guess.

The Biden administration has not replaced the head of the FBI. That should tell you a lot.
— Bucky Gruntz (@BuckyGruntz) March 23, 2021
That's our FBI. Always making a rare appearance when the crime is done.

At least President Biden is watching out for us:
There is a great deal we do not know about the killer, his motivation, and other critical aspects about this shooting, but know this: as president, I will use all the resources at my disposal to keep the American people safe.
