Glenn Greenwald disputes CNN's Jim Sciutto's claim about President Trump's deference to Putin and Russia

As Twitchy reported earlier, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told Mark Levin that “we can say pretty clearly that it was the Russians” behind the SolarWinds cyberattack on U.S. government agencies. In a pair of tweets on Saturday, President Trump observed that it’s always “Russia, Russia, Russia” with the lamestream media and that it could be that China was behind the attack. Speaking of China, that got Rep. Eric Swalwell to comment (again) on Trump and Russia:

Swalwell really doesn’t know when to shut up (or not fart).

A lot of people were talking about Trump and Russia Saturday, including CNN anchor Jim Sciutto, who said that Trump’s foreign policy was based on deference to Vladimir Putin and Russia.

We’re old enough to remember the early days of the Trump administration when the president approved the sale of lethal aid to Ukraine, as is Glenn Greenwald. We do wish Richard Grenell would weigh in on this, as Germany had a big stake in the Nord Stream pipeline.

Rest assured that that toxic “America first” policy of Trump’s will die with the Biden administration.
