Student told Brown she witnessed multiple victims being shot. "She was very shaken," Brown reported, and was among students police were keeping close (not sending to Harris Teeter with other evacuation) for interviewing/questions.

WSOC reporter is outside apartment of suspect in UNCC shooting, who is in custody. Multiple squad cars on scene, many officers, "many in tactical vests", awaiting warrants to enter residence and gather evidence.

I won’t put the UNCC shooters name or photo up because that’s what he wants. What I will do is use my right to conceal carry where it’s legal to so that any monster like him can be quickly stopped if it happens around me.
