Hot take: Eric Swalwell claims 'the only person who has been caught lying about Russia is Donald Trump'

Rep. Eric Swalwell long ago put himself out there along with Rep. Adam Schiff as the media’s go-to guy on anything related to collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. So it’s not surprising that he’s still at it, even after the release of the Mueller report, and he’s making some pretty serious claims in response to a memo the Trump campaign sent out to TV producers Monday:

RNC quoted Swalwell as saying, "In our investigation, we saw strong evidence of collusion."
