If former President Barack Obama can claim with a straight face that his administration was scandal-free, then sure, why not? Terry McAuliffe also led a scandal-free administration while he was governor of Virginia, at least according to Slate’s Mark Joseph Stern.
Quick reminder that Terry McAuliffe somehow governed Virginia for four years without a scandal.
