Whoever posted this video seems upset that a female adult would find a 4-year-old operating an “assault rifle” adorable, but we’ve watched the video a couple of times now, and we’re pretty sure the kid’s adorable.
And we’re definitely sure that’s not an “assault rifle.”
This 4-year old knows how to fully operate an assault rifle, and the female adult thinks he’s “adorable.” pic.twitter.com/FTGX6gPUsh

That’s quite the ratio; as of the writing of this post, the video has 5,044 replies.
That's a bolt-action.

It’s a bolt action rifle.
— Gaidheal Alascanach (@Gaidheal_Alaska) January 30, 2019
This is a bolt action rifle, not an "assault rifle".

That's a bolt action rifle you goob.

That rifle appears to be bolt action, which would make it not an "assault rifle."

Bolt action fully automatic assault grenade launcher

You know that 4 year old can teach you what kind of gun that is too, like it is not an assault rifle. Being schooled by a 4 year old now that's pretty adorable.

Dude that is a bolt action rifle, and yes he knows how to operate it. At four all of my children knew fire arm safety rules and could shoot a bolt action 22.
— Dark shadow (@nighthawkmoon) January 30, 2019
Hahaha! He's already got 4 years on you!
Jelly?Bolt Action Rifle
Assault rifle is a terminology used by ignorant people.

That's a bolt action rifle. It's not even a semi-automatic, let alone an "assault rifle" by any stretch of the imagination. pic.twitter.com/TZZ8k9OwlR
— Þe Political Hat, Professional Kyriarch (@ThePoliticalHat) January 30, 2019
Bolt action rifle.
Not semi-automatic. Not “full-semi-automatic.” Not select-fire.
Bolt.

It’s a bolt action and it actually is adorable..
— ROME ツ (@romanmestas) January 30, 2019
What makes you think that that’s an “assault rifle”? What do you think “assault rifle” means? It is pretty adorable though; tbh I’d trust that kid with a firearm before I would you.
— CMB (@cmbrva) January 30, 2019
I know it's black and scary looking to you liberals, but not semi-auto. Also, probably just mad he made it to 4 years old instead of being aborted at birth.
— Colonel Angus (@ColonelAngus7) January 30, 2019
@Gillette I found a lowT beta boy for you. He thinks bolt action rifles are “assault rifles” it’s because it’s black isn’t it?
— Richbirdhunter (@Richbirdhunter) January 30, 2019
Where’s the chainsaw bayonet?
— hank hill fan account (@lilidig) January 30, 2019
At 4 he probably can properly identify it as a bolt action rifle, and not identify it as an "Assault Rifle" because he's not a scared little cuck like you are.
— David Pacansky (@DavePinFL) January 30, 2019
First, that's not an "assault rifle" and second, Cool!
— Ellen Ross Cox (@SweetAndWeird) January 30, 2019
OMG that’s adorable. ?
— EducatëdHillbilly™ (@RobProvince) January 30, 2019
He knows more about guns than you do. And yeah, it’s pretty stinkin’ adorable.
— MacK the Knife (@Airsoft_macky17) January 30, 2019
exactly. this #GunSense moron is just jealous the 4 year old has a greater knowledge of firearms than he does.
— ToxicallyMasculineMick???? (@jesuiah01) January 30, 2019
i wish all kids learned this young. its the kids who arent taught who end up accidentally shooting themselves or someone else. bravo!
— Vernon (@TipsyPianoBar) January 30, 2019
Not impressed until he can strip it down and reassemble while blindfolded.
