Alex Seitz-Wald of NBC News has been in Palm Beach County all day covering the recount effort there, but as of Wednesday morning, there wasn’t much effort to cover:
Here in Palm Beach County where…not much is happening.
SOE Susan Boucher says there’ll be a “very long lull” while they reconcile under/over votes.
Boucher has tried to expend deadline, w/o success so far. “We are doing every thing in our human power possible to get it done.” pic.twitter.com/r2ozGiua2e

Got that? They’re doing everything in their power possible to get it done.
We’re less than 24 hours out from the recount deadline, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at the Palm Beach County operation.
I’ve been here since about 11:30am and seen only one machine in use (right side in photo), minimal other activity. https://t.co/9bHPHtpg6y pic.twitter.com/gzdTORxjqt

Wait! An update!
UPDATE FROM PALM BEACH: Nothing.
We’re now 18 hrs from a deadline they’re supposedly rushing to meet and there are *zero* machines running, *zero* employees visible working on the floor, and no new info in hours.
I just asked supervisor for update, she waved hand, walked away. pic.twitter.com/pXswQZhm9K
