Give international film and television star Nick Searcy an award for this plug of 'Gosnell,' with cameo by Brit Hume

As Twitchy reported earlier Thursday, word on the street was that John Kelly and John Bolton had engaged in a profanity-laced argument outside the Oval Office, and people could only speculate what the dust-up was about.

And we’re honored to give international film and television star Nick Searcy the award for best use of an Oval Office fight to plug a movie:

Here’s the thing: “Gosnell: The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer” isn’t as graphic and upsetting as you might imagine; Forbes called it “a feature-length ‘Law & Order’ for conservative Christians,” and we’ll take it. It’s just kind of sad that behind that somewhat pejorative description is the idea that only conservative Christians would care about what Kermit Gosnell was up to inside that Philadelphia abortion clinic.

In any case, we’re giving ourselves credit here at Twitchy for being on the Gosnell case from the beginning, and seeing the film finally in release is a great thing.

Here are a couple of quick reviews for you:

Hey, the man killed it in last year’s Best Picture … the fish sex movie. We’d wager this is even better.

Don’t forget that Dean Cain, Janine Turner, and a whole cast of talented actors helped make this movie a reality.

Don’t be like the media!
