Celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti has been all over cable news today after revealing the name of the woman he’s representing who claims she was present at high school parties with Brett Kavanaugh at which gang rapes were taking place.
Up until now, Senate Democrats have been arguing that Kavanaugh is guilty until proven innocent, seeing as he’s essentially applying for a job and not facing criminal charges. Avenatti, however, told MSNBC’s Ari Melber that he’s “seriously considering” filing charges against Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge. He’s also seriously considering a run for president in 2020, so Kavanaugh’s scalp would be a hit at campaign rallies.

Who is paying Avenatti's fees? He's taking his clients for a ride if they're paying. The allegations may be and certainly might as well be purely fictional, as the accusers don't even remember when or where the "crimes" took place, and have no physical evidence at all.

He'll actually have to present evidence which he doesn't have.

Does he think we didn’t read this statement? She didn’t accuse them of anything if anyone should be charged it should be Julie

She was an adult at a high school parties, 10 of them at least. While underage kids were drinking, drugging, raping, she just sat there, doing nothing? Not even after the fact? They were minors, she wasn't. Could be complications.
