'Who gives a f**k?' Marijuana found in search after man shot dead in his own apartment by off-duty cop

This is a story that’s been developing for a few days and it’s really stirred up a lot of anger on social media. In short, a man named Botham Jean was shot by an off-duty cop, Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, who had allegedly mistaken his apartment for her own and opened fire on what she thought was a burglar, killing him.

Guyger was charged Sunday with manslaughter.

Broward County Sheriffs and Dallas PD have secured their places in the competition for a Worst Law Enforcement Fails of 2018 award.

Again, the man was shot to death in his own apartment, minding his own business. But police executed a search warrant and found a small amount of marijuana, according to FOX 4 television.
