Brian Fallon, former aide to Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton, believes that progressives need to break up “the gross, backscratching, legal ecosystem where Ivy League corporate lawyers” on both the Left and Right help each other up the ladder. But as a progressive, he’s more concerned with keeping his own side in line, and doesn’t think a list would be such a bad idea.
Progressives should keep a list of names of the sellouts at Yale and elsewhere who are right now trying to smooth a path for the overturning of Roe and gutting of the New Deal. They should be unwelcome in future Democratic administrations.

That sounds like a great idea — keep a list of “sellouts” and hang onto it as long as it takes until Democrats win the White House back.
So you want to put people on lists. https://t.co/R1HueZFWNT

So you want to make retribution lists for academics who dissent from what should be the approved political agenda.
Let me guess. You’re also worried about new McCarthyism or something.

Oh yeah inject that McCarthyism right into my veins that’s the pure stuff https://t.co/z3dGHLMXVl

That’s all you people know how to do: threaten anyone anywhere who might disagree with you on anything. There may be no surer way to turn people off to you. Maybe this is one of the reasons why Democrats have done so poorly in national and state elections over the last 8 years. https://t.co/YOoZ4GZq8S

Not surprising that a lefty like yourself would advocate fellow socialists/progressives to make and keep lists. Very revolutionary and authoritarian of you.

@brianefallon wants to keep a list of dissenters. And conservatives are the ones being called fascists? https://t.co/Y2YKOOgSrW
