Don’t be surprised if the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade closes up shop in a couple years because it can’t compete with the size and number of trial balloons being floated all month long by political pundits.
It’s only Saturday, but the forecast for next week calls for a dramatic drop-off in “fake news” think pieces, which will give way to a unified front of stories about Russian hacking of the 2016 election, which will drive calls for a “fresh” election.

@Rocky1542 Election must be null and void. He's an illegitimate president elect.

Um, she lost. Try 2020?
Let’s recap: After candidate Donald Trump began making noise about the elections being rigged, Hillary Clinton and the media came down on him hard. Questioning the integrity of the electoral process was akin to tearing apart the very fabric of democracy.
After the election, however, some progressives clung bitterly to a theory — a theory — that the vote in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin could have been manipulated or hacked. Suddenly, rigged elections were a distinct possibility; no, make that a probability.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on Saturday didn’t hold back, stating as a matter of fact that America’s electoral process was hacked by Russia.
Our electoral process was attacked by a foreign nation via these hacking incidents. We’ve never seen anything like that in American history.

Jesus dude calm down. At least wait until there's more evidence than an anonymous source in a news article.

either the Russians rigged it or Hillary won the popular vote. Pick one argument. Both together is contradictory.

First, it can’t be stated enough, as it was in this post: if U.S. intelligence was aware that Russia was conducting cyberattacks in order to disrupt the 2016 election … what the hell was President Obama doing about it?
And second, if the fate of the nation depends on election integrity, could we please work out a simple voter ID system, rather than handing out municipal IDs to citizens and non-citizens alike?
The American people deserve to know the sanctity of our electoral process is sound. The fate of our nation is at stake. #RussianHacking
