Soon after John Podesta dropped by the Javits Center to send the remaining Hillary Clinton supporters home to bed with the hopes of better news in the morning, Donald Trump took the stage at his headquarters and confirmed that he had received a concession call from the former secretary of state.
So … does that mean Clinton’s supporters who waited until 2:30 a.m. to hear from her won’t be getting a concession speech? There was that weird “whatever happens” tweet that went out just before 9 p.m., but that’s not much of a consolation.
Since I was asleep… are the rumblings true? Did Hillary not give a concession speech?
