Jeff Jarvis blames himself — all media, his gender, his race, and everything else — for election result

Hillary Clinton hasn’t yet conceded the election to Donald Trump, but no one should blame themselves for what looks like an upset of historic proportions. CUNY journalism professor and BuzzMachine blogger Jeff Jarvis is taking the blame, or at least as much as he can, and doling out the rest.

Yeah, that was low the way the New York Times made Hillary Clinton set up a homebrew email server like that just so they could rat her out years later for some cheap clicks.

There’s no question that the press gave Trump an inordinate amount of attention during the primary season. Maybe the Clinton campaign shouldn’t have decided to elevate the “Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack” and then “tell the press to them seriously.”
