'I want to punch someone on Adele's behalf': Singer's Grammy performance sabotaged

When the camera turned to Adele for her performance at the Grammy Awards, the auditorium went quiet in anticipation. The renowned vocalist had the audience in the palm of her hand, but a mic over the piano apparently didn’t have quite the grip. How about her voice? Singers rely on in-ear monitors to hear themselves and the rest of the instruments. Was tonight just a tough night, or thanks to our mixer friend, could Adele not hear herself or the piano?
