Considering Republicans are allegedly the racist ones, Louisiana’s Gov. Bobby Jindal certainly gets his share of abuse for “abandoning” his heritage. Nearly any time Jindal, who was born in America to Indian immigrants, expresses his opinion, he’s beset by social justice trolls wondering why he goes by the name Bobby and chose to model himself “after hate-filled white people.”
Usually presented as evidence of Jindal’s self-hatred is the governor’s official portrait, which we’ll admit is pretty terrible, but we doubt he had much say in the finished product.
@QlaraQontra No Jindal does not understand immigrants & considers himself white, even had his portrait painted as a white man.

Just saw this official Bobby Jindal governor's portrait. Brings the movie Imitation of Life to mind. pic.twitter.com/PJtafFKFgm

If that’s the line the Left wants to use, then what are we to make of this giant puppet of Sen. Marco Rubio which is stalking the venue of tonight’s GOP debate? If you need a “Rubio” sign on it, chances are it doesn’t look much like Rubio. Why does Rubio look like a white man (with deformed arms)? In any case, former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm was amused.
And more fun with Rubio and Jeb puppets outside debate venue pic.twitter.com/hQsdSyiUu8

Going by the Democrats’ rules, it certainly is. But don’t let it fool you into believing that liberals are racist: in case you forget, just look to the giant elephant with “RACISM” written on the side.
Quite the carnival scene outside before the Republican debate. pic.twitter.com/by5qE08505

@RosieGray Wait are they saying that racism is the elephant in the room or that the GOP is labeled with racism?

@RosieGray Where can you rent an inflatable protest elephant?

At least the Trump and Bush puppets are somewhat recognizable. Maybe if Bernie Sanders becomes president the puppeteers can return to college free of charge and complete those master’s degrees in political puppetry.
