Thanks are due to CNN’s Dan Merica for attending today’s taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” so that the rest of us don’t have to watch the broadcast to hear Tuesday’s lies on Thursday afternoon.
Probably most anticipated was whether DeGeneres would dare bring up the very serious subject of Clinton’s mishandling of top secret information though the use of a personal email account. She did, and Clinton answered with essentially the same condescending non-apology she gave Andrea Mitchell four days ago: “I am sorry that this has been confusing to people.”

Again, where’s the confusion? She should have used two different email accounts but didn’t, and that was a mistake.

@danmericaCNN @jaketapper @TheEllenShow She's glad Ellen asked because ALL the questions were vetted prior to the interview.

@danmericaCNN @jaketapper @TheEllenShow If she has to be dragged to THIS point during a campaign, how secretive would she be as potus?

@danmericaCNN @TheEllenShow What was the hard hitting follow up question from Ellen?
— Bob Fary (@RSFNYR) September 8, 2015
Merica doesn’t say. Since that was cleared up so quickly, Clinton did find the time to answer some other questions and, yes, dance a bit.
Also at @TheEllenShow with Hillary Clinton: Comedian Amy Schumer. Just walked out.

Good man. We applaud your excellent taste. Oh, wait: You meant that Amy Schumer just walked out.

Hugs, though. That’s a sure sign a tough interview is seconds away.
HRC on men & women: "First of all, I think it is just a reality that we are held to a higher, different double standard."

Clinton on @TheEllenShow: "I don’t want any young woman to take for granted how far we have come and how much further we have to go."

Look how quickly a young intern worked her way into a position in the Oval Office under Clinton’s reign as first lady.
She may have not danced on the way in, but Clinton is now dancing with the show's DJ and @TheEllenShow during the break.

Clinton on Republican's focus on her and their message: "I will just say, I find it sort of sad."

Also on Ellen, Clinton says that she feels as “revved up” (energy wise) as she did 20-30 years ago.
