It wasn’t that long ago that the media couldn’t let any opportunity pass without making a joke about how many Republican candidates were running for president in 2016. And then Donald Trump descended that elevator to throw his toupee into the ring, and no other candidate has been heard from since.
Rick Wilson has a multiple choice question to ask: Why is it that the media is devoting so very much time to Donald Trump?
Ok, #ITP: Why is media devoting so much time to Trump? Is it to a) help the GOP or b) beclown us or c) bring illegals alien crime to light?

— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) July 11, 2015
@TheRickWilson kind of a shame for many of the other candidates – there's only so much oxygen in the media system and Trump takes a ton

@TheRickWilson @AdamBaldwin We have the deepest bench in years…but all anybody will remember or see is…TRUMP.
— Pete & Lisa Got Caught Tampering With Flynn's 302! (@drawandstrike) July 11, 2015
@kkondik @TheRickWilson maybe the "deep bench" should get off their asses and motivate actual voters. Keep blaming trump for their failure
— Andrea (@NoMas82) July 11, 2015
@kkondik @TheRickWilson The other candidates have very opportunity to step forward with *something.* Could be they have nothing.
— D'Pen (@gr8tale) July 11, 2015
@kkondik @TheRickWilson The rest of the candidates are sleep aides.
