As reported June 2 in connection with the shooting death of Usaama Rahim, who reportedly lunged at an FBI agent and police officer with a military style knife in Boston, the FBI had that same day set up operations in Everett, Mass., and Warwick, R.I. Tonight, the FBI has confirmed that it has taken into custody 24-year-old Nicholas Rovinski of Warwick.

According to the Providence Journal, Rahim and David Wright of Everett, who is being held as a conspirator, came to Rhode Island to discuss a beheading plot with a third man believed to be Rovinski.
