Human Rights Watch director concerned Jordan's prisoner execution will 'increase ISIS callousness'

As Twitchy reported earlier, Jordan is to execute “within hours” the failed suicide bomber it had sought to swap for captured Jordanian pilot Maaz al-Kassasbeh, now that newly released video shows Kassasbeh being burned alive in a cage.

It’s probably unfair to suggest that Human Rights Watch executive director Kenneth Roth doubts the barbarism of ISIS; however, what’s this idea that sparing the life of Jordan’s prisoner would have a humanizing effect on ISIS?
